Describe your experience with Summer Stock NYC:

I really enjoyed my experience working with Summer Stock NYC. It was a wonderful collaboration of young and veteran actors and was exciting to see everyone's talents and efforts come together in one ground breaking production. I truly hope this is the beginning of a very long run for CAP21's Summer Stock NYC and likewise the start of Frank Ventura's dream of bringing affordable theatre back to New York and New Yorkers back to the theatre a reality.

What did you learn from working in a professional theatre setting?

A part from the nuts and bolts of the art of being in a professional setting the most important thing I learned is the art of being a professional. That means showing up not only on time but early and prepared to rehearsals, respecting fellow actors as well as creative team and crews, and being open and ready to accept direction and constructive criticism.

What was the most successful aspect or element of your experience?

I had a blast up on stage! I believe the sheer joy of performing and working in collaboration with other talented actors was the most successful part of my experience.

Are there any other comments you can share to provide insight for future participants in Summer Stock NYC?

I thoroughly enjoyed myself and felt that I learned a great deal. I hope to be able to be a part of Summer Stock NYC in years to come!
