Making a gift to the CAP21 Conservatory Scholarship fund awards financial support to talented and deserving students. Scholarship Donors provide students with the training that enables them to achieve their artistic goals, both inside and outside the classroom. Gifts earmarked for scholarship purposes help CAP21 to assist in tuition cost for those students who genuinely need support.
THE CAP21 SCHOLARSHIP FUND
The CAP21 Scholarship Fund awards financial support to any student with need. All gifts of any amount are greatly appreciated.
NAMED SCHOLARSHIPS
With a gift of $5,000 or more, donors may fund a named scholarship on an annual basis, or permanently with an endowed scholarship. These scholarships can be created in the name of the donor or established in honor or memory of another individual.
Gifts of $5,000-$24,000 are considered partial scholarships. Partial scholarship recipients are chosen by CAP21 and awarded based on artistic merit and financial need.
A gift of $24,000 is the cost of a full scholarship. In this case, donors may choose if they would like their donation to be split between several deserving students or awarded to one specific student.
THE PEGGY ATKINSON SCHOLARSHIP FUND
This fund supports students enrolled in the Summer Pre-College Program. Peggy Atkinson served as a much-loved teacher to CAP21 for several years. This fund is set up in remembrance for her many contributions to the arts, her students, and to her family.
THE ALUMNI SCHOLARSHIP FUND
The Alumni Fund is a place for Alumni and their friends and family to give back to CAP21.
THE GERSHWIN AWARDS
