Program Policies

Deposit and Tuition Policy:
All deposits are non-refundable and due upon registration to hold a space for your child.  The remaining class and/or workshop tuition is due on the first day of class and is non-refundable.  In the event a class or workshop is canceled by CAP21 for any reason, a refund for the remaining classes will be issued.

Withdrawal Policy:
If your child withdraws from a class at any time for any reason, tuition will be credited toward a future class or workshop ONLY if we are able to fill you child's spot in class.  If we are unable to fill your spot, no refund or credit of any kind will be issued. 

Waiting List:
The waiting list is organized by class on a first come, first serve basis.  If an opening occurs, you will be contacted at your given phone number provided on your application by a member of our staff. 

Parent/Friend Attendance:
Parents, family, and friends will not be allowed to view any CAP21 Youth Program classes.  Family and friends will be invited to the end of session Showcase to view class work.

Cancellation Policy:
CAP21 reserves the right to cancel or adjust any class due to low enrollment.

Dress Code:

• For Acting/Musical Theatre/Company:  Please wear comfortable clothes that allow for movement.  No flip flops and no jeans. 

• For Dance: Please wear leotards, tights, and appropriate cover-ups with no holes or writing.
